1.  We will first attempt to send your password to your home email address on record at MCCIA.  If no home email address is listed, it will be sent to your work email address on record at MCCIA.  If neither email address is on record, you will need to contact the Webmaster for assistance. 

2.  You should receive an email containing your password within an hour.  If more than a few hours pass, this may mean that the email address we have on record is no longer accurate.  In any case, please contact the Webmaster for assistance.

3.  All Password requests are monitored by the MCCIA Webmaster. 

Hint: Enter an MCCIA number that is three digits long, plus any preceding letter.

For Honorary, Auxiliary and Charter Members, you should precede the number with the letter H, A, or C as appropriate.  For example, if your card says C19, you should enter C019.

Regular Members, your number is not normally preceded by a letter.  Just enter the three digit number.
